16-25 Railcard Competition Terms and Conditions

Prize offer: 5 x Pair of Premium tickets for BINTM Live on Sunday 30th October

1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the competition, or any employees of ATOC.
2. Entry to the competition is by writing an email to railcardfacebook@atoc.org with ‘Railcard’s Next Top Model’ in the subject line.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. The competition closes at midday on Tuesday 25th October 2011. Tickets won, will be valid for Sunday 30th October and will include a 15.30pm Catwalk show.
5. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
6. The winners will be the first five entrants whose emails are chosen at random by an independent judge.
7. The selection of winning entries to the prize competition will be carried out by an independent judge. The judge will be demonstrably independent from the competition’s promoters, intermediaries and from the pool of entrants from which the eventual winner is picked. The identity of the judge is available by contacting rachel.johnson@atoc.org
8. The prize is a pair of Premium tickets to Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model Live 2011 event at ExCel London. Each premium ticket won will be valid on Sunday 30th October and will include a seat in the 15.30pm Catwalk performance.
9. There are no cash alternatives.
10. The winner will be notified via email after midday on Tuesday 25th October 2011. The Winner's names will be available after that date by emailing rachel.johnson@atoc.org
11. If the prize is not claimed within 2 days of the prize winner being notified it will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner
12. The winners agree to their name and entry being used for promotional purposes.

14. Any clause that is deemed illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable shall be severed from the contract and all other clauses shall remain fully in force
15. ATOC Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize, or terminate or temporarily suspend this free prize draw, in the event of any unforeseen circumstance outside their reasonable control, or through any difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
