Redeeming a Railcard Gift Card
To turn a gift card into a Railcard only takes a few minutes and can be completed online, but before you do, please read our eligibility section to ensure that you are eligible for a 16-25 Railcard.
To redeem your gift card please make sure you have the following to hand:
- A valid passport
- Or a valid UK driving licence
- A digital passport-style photo to upload
You can redeem your gift card against a new Railcard or to renew an existing Railcard. Once you are ready click on ‘Redeem my Gift Card’. Your new Railcard will be dispatched within one working day and sent to you free of charge via First Class post or you can pay for Special Delivery.
Please note that we no longer sell Railcard Gift Cards, but existing Gift Cards can still be redeemed.
When you login you can update your details, renew your Railcard, report a Railcard as lost / stolen, or buy a Railcard for someone else.
